Ceiling Fan Light Pull Chain Doesn T Work

Light is off and i need it badly.
Ceiling fan light pull chain doesn t work. Checking a few connections and making a couple of repairs can get your ceiling fan lights. If power is out for the entire room go to your main electrical panel and locate the circuit breaker for the area. If the fan blades and the ceiling fan lights don t work the problem might be that power isn t getting to the room. Check the pull chain on the fan assembly that operates the lights.

We removed the light cover and noticed that the fan pull chain has to pull to the side but the chain comes straight down through the light in compairison the light pull chain is straight. Fan is working by switch and chain but light chain won t pull to turn on light.
